Refund and Returns Policy
At Hardik Bangles, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality bangles and bridal chuda products. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully.
1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Received a damaged or defective product
- Received a wrong product or wrong design
- Product is significantly different from what was ordered
📌 Color, design variation, or minor size difference due to photography or handmade work is not considered a defect.
2. Return Request Timeline
- Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Request after 48 hours will not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or video of the product showing the issue
- Description of the problem
Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
4. Conditions for Return
Returned items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unaltered
- In original packaging with tags intact
- Free from damage caused after delivery
If the product does not meet these conditions, the return may be rejected.
5. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Bridal Chuda sets once worn or used
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Orders placed during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
8. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side
